The press conference “Hospital Needs in Focus: The Importance of Humanitarian Aid from Taiwan.”

Today, on June 17, an important event took place at the press center of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center – the press conference “Hospital Needs in Focus: The Importance of Humanitarian Aid from Taiwan.”

Thanks to volunteers and concerned benefactors from Taiwan, more than 150 special-purpose vehicles have been delivered to Ukraine. These vehicles are assisting both in cities and on the front lines, with many of them being provided through the mediation of our charitable foundation “TOGETHER INTO THE FUTURE UA.”

It is very significant that among the Armed Forces of Ukraine there are volunteers who have flown from the island of Taiwan to defend Ukraine’s independence.

The press conference was attended by co-founders and volunteers of the “Team Taiwan” organization, Anna Kompan and Bohdan Kushch.

Speakers included representatives of many Ukrainian hospitals who spoke about the critical importance of Taiwan’s aid to Ukraine’s medical institutions, which assist both military personnel and civilians during the war.

Sincere words of gratitude for the already provided assistance were also expressed by the head of our charitable foundation, Anatolii Nesterenko, who attended the event with a team of foundation volunteers.

Along with their gratitude, commemorative souvenirs were presented to the “Team Taiwan.”

In these challenging times, genuine and strong support from other countries is very important for our country, and Taiwan has been, is, and remains our loyal and reliable partner.
