Another blood collection – completed: results!

On August 23, in the multidisciplinary medical center “MIRUM Clinic” MIRUM clinic (Kyiv) an on-site blood collection was held for military and civilian patients of the Kyiv City Blood Center.

The initiative was supported by the military and famous artists.

Out-of-town donations are changing the way we think about donating blood and shaping the culture of donation.

Sharing blood means restoring people’s faith in recovery and rehabilitation.

Each donation can save 3 lives!

Heroic military men Anatoly Melnychenko, Davyd Yung, Oleksandr Davydov and Roman Ivchenko (Phoenix) were present at the field blood collection, who invited everyone to support similar initiatives and shared their stories and the stories of their comrades who needed blood transfusions after serious injuries.

The initiative was also supported by Ukrainian artists — Mila Nitich and Vlad Darwin, who also became donors and emphasized the importance of such events.

This is already the second initiative to attract blood donors, this time it became possible thanks to the partnership of the medical center “MIRUM Clinic”, BF “TOGETHER IN THE FUTURE UA” and the Kyiv City Blood Center.

Of course, the event would not have taken place without the donors themselves, so we sincerely thank everyone who responded, who took a responsible approach to the process of preparing for donation and shared a part of their blood with those who really need it.

In advance, we are planning a similar event for November, so everyone has the opportunity to prepare and participate in the donation next time.
